Focusing on a predetermined color allows us to maintain consistency and ensures that each Fidget Flexi meets our quality standards. While you might not have color choices for these specific items, rest assured that the chosen color has been selected with care to enhance your overall experience with the product. Question: How long will it take to receive my item after checkout?

Question: Which courier service do you use for shipping?

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Exchanges: For a quicker exchange, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • EU Cooling Off Period: If you are in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition.
